NİZ EĞİTİM

One training doesn’t fit all. Every department needs its own business English.

Content is drawn from the operational structure of the organization, not from a standard program. Participants can use what they learn in the workplace the next day.

Hotels & Tourism

We provide assessment results not only at an overall level, but also with department-specific insights. Training is offered upon the hotel’s request; the assessment can also be purchased as a standalone, independent service.

OPTIONAL SERVICE

How does on-the-job training work?

A format that reinforces classroom training in the real work environment, with the trainer providing real-time coaching alongside employees.

  1. 01

    Observation

The trainer comes to the work area at agreed times.

  2. 02

    Real-time communication

The employee communicates with customers in the target language.

  3. 03

    Small corrections

Pronunciation corrections and phrasing suggestions are given without disrupting the work flow.

  4. 04

    Quiet coaching

Sessions that blend naturally into the workflow without disrupting the customer experience.

  5. 05

    Review

A short review is held at the end of each session.

On-the-job sessions are planned in coordination with the department manager and never interrupt the customer experience. Because this service requires operational integration, it is planned and priced separately on request.
